We make every effort to ensure the satisfaction of your order, should an item not suit, we will be happy to accept its return for a refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 14 days from the date of the shipment. We must stipulate that all returned items be unused and in saleable condition with all original packaging. Please note that personalized, custom, made to order and special order items are not returnable.

Please ship your return using a trackable carrier to the provided return address, pre-paid and insured for the exact purchase price of the product.
Please be advised that shipping fees on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Returns on items that included "Free Shipping" will be credited for the item minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you.

Mattress Return Policy: If at any time in the first 12 months you are not satisfied with the comfort of your mattress, please notify your sales associate who will arrange for pickup of your mattress and assist you with your re-selection. Mayfair House will issue a credit toward a one-time preference reselection, minus applicable fees calculated as a percentage of the original purchase price of your mattress. Delivery charges are not refundable for returns and delivery charges will apply to reselections.The preference fee will apply to all returns and is prorated as follows: A fee of 10% will apply for all reselections made in the first 5 months. A fee of 20% will apply for all reselections made between 6 and 12 months.
